Analox collects information about you when you register for our newsletter and blog, complete a form, or when you click to view pages on this website. Website usage information is collected using cookies. 

We will only collect your details at an exhibition or conference if our products are of legitimate interest to you and may be asked again to opt-in when we send you the first communication, giving you the choice to opt-out if necessary. 

How will we use the information about you? 

Analox collects information about you to make your visits to our site more relevant, manage your preferences and, if you agree, to email you about updates and news we think may be of interest to you. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other companies.

Marketing

Analox would like to send you updates and news information about our products and services as well as other information which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive Analox communications, you may opt-out at a later date. We use Mailchimp to send communications to our customers and distributors, and therefore store data on this system. You can check their privacy policy here.
Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system called 123 Insights, is used to produce quotes and process sales orders, which constitutes a legitimate reason for holding personal data in line with common accounting practices, you can view their privacy policy here. 

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Distributors 

Our business model is to conduct the majority of our sales through official Analox distributors in that region or country. By using the contact form on our website, or contacting us directly, you are providing us with your permission to pass the details you have provided to a relevant distributor in your area, who will be able to help with your query. 

Access to your information and correction
