AMS present gas technology at DSEI
HMS Iron Duke at DSEI 2015
[02/11/15] Analox Military Systems attended the Defence Security and Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition on 15 to 18 September 2015.
The exhibition is held every two years and it was the second time that Analox Military Systems participated. DSEI brings together the defence and security industry to source the latest equipment and systems, develop international relations and generate new business opportunities.
Over 1600 exhibitors representing 54 countries as well as 34,000 visitors (up 6% from the 2013 event) attended the exhibition at ExCel in London – including senior military and political figures including UK Government ministers and the Chiefs of the British Army, Royal Airforce and Joint Forces Command.
Analox Military Systems exhibited alongside industry giants including BAE Systems, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce and Northrop Grumman.
Analox Military Systems were based in the Naval Zone – where visitors could watch a corporate presentation and see gas monitoring detectors including the Sub Aspida, SDA, MEC, Ata Pro and Sub MKIIP. In a first for the company, visitors could also try out some Augmented Reality – where they could view a range of Analox gas detection products on an iPad, technology that Analox Military Systems were trialling for use for exhibitions further away, like Pacific 2015.
There was plenty to see and do at the exhibition, including presentations and talks from industry leaders, to musical entertainment from military bands, to tours of international maritime boats – including the UK Royal Navy’s HMS Iron Duke, HMS Hurworth and HMS Tyne.
Analox Military Systems would like to thank their existing customers and distributors who came along to see them at the exhibition, as well as all new organisations that made enquiries.
The next DSEI will take place from 12 to 15 September 2017.
