Returning an item for service or repair

If you need to return an item for service or repair, please contact with the unit details.

We will send you a returns form. Please fill this in with as much detail as possible. We can help you fill it in if you need assistance.

Once the form has been returned to us, we will provide you with a returns reference number (RR) and a value for customs purposes if the unit is being shipped from outside the EU.

We will let you know when the unit has been received.

Please do not send your unit back to us without notifying us and filling in a form.
